1. About Simpler Selling
Simpler Selling provides services including:

- sales coaching;
- sales-process development;
- sales enablement;
- AI-for-Sales training and enablement;
- workshops;
- assessments and diagnostics; and
- related consultancy and educational resources.
2. Client engagements
Submitting an enquiry, completing a diagnostic or booking an introductory Sales Review does not by itself create a paid consultancy or training agreement.
Paid engagements will normally be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, booking confirmation or contract specifying matters such as:
- scope;
- deliverables;
- fees;
- payment terms;
- dates;
- cancellation arrangements;
- intellectual property; and
- confidentiality.
Where those terms conflict with these website Terms, the terms agreed for the specific engagement take precedence.

- increased revenue;
- particular conversion rates;
- pipeline generation;
- specific meeting volumes;
- quota attainment;
- employment outcomes; or
- particular financial returns.
6. Intellectual property
Simpler Selling's original website content, training materials, methodologies, exercises, graphics, resources, templates and other materials are owned by or licensed to TWS Training Ltd.
Unless separately agreed, you may not copy, resell, distribute, publish, licence or commercially exploit those materials.
Participation in training does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property.
7. Client information
Where clients provide confidential business information for workshops, coaching or consultancy, its handling may be governed by the relevant client agreement.
Users should not submit confidential, personal or proprietary information through public website forms unless reasonably necessary.
8. Testimonials and examples
Testimonials represent individual experiences.
Past performance and individual client outcomes do not guarantee equivalent results for another organisation.
