TWS Training Ltd is the data controller responsible for personal information collected through Simpler Selling.

1. Information we collect

We may collect:

  • name and business contact details;
  • company, job title and professional information;
  • enquiry and contact-form submissions;
  • responses submitted through diagnostics, assessments or questionnaires;
  • information you provide when booking a Sales Review or other meeting;
  • correspondence and meeting information;
  • information relating to training or consultancy engagements;
  • payment and transaction details where applicable;
  • IP address, browser, device and website usage information; and
  • cookie and analytics information.

If your employer engages us to deliver training or coaching, we may also receive your name, role, contact details or relevant programme information from your employer.

2. Diagnostics and assessments

Where you complete a Simpler Selling diagnostic, assessment or questionnaire, we may use your responses to:

  • generate results or recommendations;
  • identify areas for improvement;
  • prepare for a conversation with you;
  • understand patterns across sales organisations; and
  • improve our services and resources.

We will not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about individuals solely through automated processing of these results.

5. AI tools and training sessions

Some Simpler Selling services involve demonstrating or teaching the use of AI tools.

We do not intentionally require participants to provide confidential, sensitive or special-category personal information to public AI services.

Participants and client organisations remain responsible for ensuring that information they enter into third-party AI systems is appropriate and complies with their own policies and legal obligations.

Where we process client-provided information ourselves, it will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy and any applicable client agreement.

We may send relevant communications about sales training, coaching, events, resources or services where permitted by law.

You can object to direct marketing or unsubscribe at any time.
