Simpler Selling

Sales Prospecting Training for B2B Teams

Most prospecting problems aren't a volume problem. Sellers are already sending plenty of emails, making plenty of calls, connecting on LinkedIn. The problem is that most of it doesn't sound like it was written for the person receiving it — because it wasn't.

The problem

What usually gets in the way

  • Outreach gets written for a persona, not the actual person on the other end
  • Personalisation means dropping in a name and company, not understanding their world
  • Activity gets measured before relevance does
  • Sellers default to product-first messaging because it's the safest thing to write
  • AI makes it easier to send more of the same generic message, faster

The approach

How we work through it

  1. 01

    Understand

We look at what your sellers are actually sending today — calls, emails, LinkedIn messages — and where the effort is going: research, targeting, or just volume.

  2. 02

    Simplify

We work out what genuinely relevant outreach looks like for your market: which signals matter, what a seller needs to understand about a company and a person before they reach out, and what to leave out.

  3. 03

    Train

Sellers practise writing and delivering outreach against real accounts and real prospects — phone, email and LinkedIn — not templates filled in with a different company name.

  4. 04

    Coach & Embed

We coach the judgement behind good outreach, including where AI genuinely helps with research and drafting, and where it just produces more noise faster.

Outcomes

What changes

  • Outreach reads like it was written by someone who understands the recipient's business
  • Sellers can explain why they're contacting someone, not just that they are
  • AI speeds up research and drafting without making messaging sound identical
  • Quality of outreach stops depending on how much time a seller has that day
  • Prospecting becomes a smaller number of better conversations, not more noise

FAQs

Common questions

Do you cover cold calling as well as email and LinkedIn?
Yes. We work across whatever mix of channels your team actually uses — phone, email, LinkedIn and multichannel sequences — because the underlying problem, relevance, is the same regardless of channel.
Can AI actually help with prospecting, or does it just create more generic messages?
Both are true, depending on how it's used. AI is genuinely useful for research and preparation — understanding a company and a buyer faster. Used to mass-produce outreach, it usually just makes generic messaging faster to send. We train sellers to use it for the first and avoid the second.
Is this outbound-specific, or does it cover prospecting more broadly?
The training covers prospecting and outbound together, since for most SaaS and B2B teams they're the same underlying skill — reaching out first, with something relevant to say, rather than waiting for inbound interest.
